We are serving our clients on the East & Upper East Side Manhattan, offering highly individualized personal training, nutrition and lifestyle programs. In collaboration with our network of experts , including primary care physicians, functional medicine practitioners and physical therapists, we deliver a complete, well rounded approach to your most optimal health.
Our clients range between the ages of 27 to78 years old, with a wide spectrum of professional background: from Corporate Managers, CEO’s, Laywers, Financial Advisors to small Business Owners, Employees and Seniors.
